How do I create an account?

What is a business profile?
After creating an account, you will be asked to complete the business profile. We will use this information to verify your business and automatically populate parts of the Group Deal Wizard.

Why do I need to give a credit card when completing my business profile?
We will use your credit card to verify who you are. Your credit card will not be charged.

How do I create my first group deal?
After creating an account, click the "business profile" hyperlink on the homepage. Once completed, you will be taken to the My Deals page where you can create your first group deal.

How long does it take for eWinWin to approve a deal?
You will receive a response within 48 hours.

How do I create additional deals?
Click the My Deals tab. There you can create a new deal from scratch or copy a previous deal you created.

Can I save a deal and come back later to finish it?
Yes. When working in the Group Deal Wizard, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save as Draft button.

Can I copy a deal I created in the past?
Yes. Click the My Deals tab and find the deal you want to copy. Then click the "copy" button next to that deal. You will be able to edit all information in the Group Deal Wizard.

The Group Deal Wizard is eWinWin's patented technology that allows a business to create their own group deals.

Can I require a minimum number of certificates to be sold before the deal is on?
Yes. In the Group Deal Wizard, you will be asked if you require a minimum number of certificates to be sold before the deal is on.

Your logo needs to be 185x80 pixels and in the form of either a JPG, GIF, PNG, or TIF. If you can't re-size your images, ask your web designer or person who created your images to re-size them. Still no luck? Contact the company below:

Why would I want to upload “custom certificate codes”?
By uploading your own certificate codes, you can have buyers redeem their deals on your website using your existing redemption process. Back to top


Who should use the Custom Certificate Codes feature?
The Custom Certificate Codes feature should only be used by online stores whose websites already track orders through codes. Back to top


How do buyers know how to redeem the deal online?
When using the Custom Certificate Codes feature, you must include redemption instructions in the Description portion of the Group Deal Wizard.  The instructions should include the website where buyers will submit their certificate code(s) after the deal closes.  When buyers receive their e-certificate, it will include a link to the deal description for redemption instructions. How do I convert my codes to the format you require?
Save the file as CSV file.  Then open the file in Notepad or any other text editor and copy and paste the values into the text box. Back to top


How do I promote my deals?
You will will receive an email confirming when your deal goes live. The email will contain a link to our promote page where you will be given the ability to easily promote your deal.

What tools does eWinWin provide to promote my deals?
Our promote page allows you to promote a deal on Facebook, Twitter, email, banner ads, Pay-Per-Click ads, blogs, and websites.

What is an iframe?
The iframe allows you to easily share your deal on any website. Simply copy and paste the HTML code into the web page.

What does it cost to GoDIRECT™?

What is GoGREEN?
GoGREEN is a paperless certificate redemption center that reduces fraud and eliminates costly errors.  GoGREEN allows you to track all certificates from all deals in real time.

How do buyers redeem their e-certificates?
After your deal closes, buyers are automatically emailed an e-certificate that contains their unique order number. In the Group Deal Wizard you are given the option to require buyers to present a physical copy of the e-certificate at the time of redemption.

Simply click the GoGREEN tab in your account and enter the order number.

eWinWin's Facebook Application allows you to launch your group deal directly on your Facebook Page. Facebook users must "like" your page before they can see the deal. Back to top


How do I use eWinWin's Facebook Application

  • Use Facebook Connect to log into your eWinWin account
  • Complete the Business Profile
  • Scroll over the Account Settings tab and click on the Manage Facebook Pages link
  • From the drop down menu, choose what live deal you want to promote on your Facebook page and then click Save Changes
  • Click the link to our Facebook Application and then click Add to My Page under the profile picture
  • A new tab called "Deals" will now appear on your Facebook Page
